Additional storytellers can be added for $99 each, which includes a book credit and "re-sets" your subscription renewal date. For example, if you add a Storyteller on March 1, 2025, your new renewal date for all Storytellers becomes March 1, 2026.

After one year, you can continue recording stories for $99/year or $12/month. Your subscription and renewal covers all Storytellers in your account. An active subscription allows you to edit existing stories.

What is Remento's cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. You can cancel your subscription any time in the "My Account" section of Remento.

What happens if my book is over 200 pages?

Books over 200 pages incur a $30 surcharge (making them $99 total if using your included credit).

What are my options for renewing my Remento subscription?

You can renew your subscription for $99/year or $12/month, regardless of how many Storytellers you've added.

Can I add more Storytellers later?

Yes, you can add more Storytellers for a one-time fee of $99 each. This includes unlimited stories for that Storyteller and one printed copy of their book.

Will I be charged a renewal fee for multiple subscriptions if I purchased Remento for multiple people?

No, you will only be charged one renewal fee no matter how many Storytellers you originally purchased for.

What happens after my subscription expires?

You'll have view-only access to all content and can still order books, but you won't be able to record new stories or use editing features.

Can I start multiple projects for a Storyteller?

Yes, it's free for the host or the Storyteller to start as many projects as they want for that Storyteller. You only pay when you want to print the book.

How much does it cost to print additional copies of a book?

Additional copies of a Storyteller's book can be printed for $69 each.

How often does my subscription auto-renew?

Your subscription auto-renews 12 months after the project start date of your most recent purchase.

What happens to my subscription date when I add a new Storyteller?

Adding a new Storyteller "restarts the clock" on your digital subscription. For example, if you initially subscribed on January 1, 2024, and add a new Storyteller on March 1, 2024, your new renewal date becomes March 1, 2025.
